Ms. Diona Johnson is from Rochester, NY where she taught middle grades math at Uncommon Schools.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Niagara University. She also has a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Georgia College and State University.

In college, she played Division 1 basketball at Davidson College and Niagara University. She also coached college basketball in NY and is excited to continue coaching Women's Basketball and Volleyball this year at Veterans.

This will be her 3rd year teaching high school math at Veterans. She teaches Algebra Concepts and Connections and Advanced Algebra.
