
Bio
Mrs. Andrews was born and raised in Macon, Georgia and graduated from Tattnall Square Academy in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Middle Georgia State College in 2014, and she received her Master of Art in Teaching in Secondary Science Education from Middle Georgia State University in 2018. She is currently enrolled at Augusta University, completing her specialist degree in Advanced Educational Studies with a concentration in Biology. Mrs. Andrews is certified in secondary science, special education, and gifted education. She is currently teaching honors biology but has also taught forensic science and environmental science. Mrs. Andrews is the proud sponsor for the Environmental Club, and she is a PBIS team member. She is extremely excited to be in her eighth year at Veterans High School and loves being a part of the Warhawk family!
Mrs. Andrews has been married to her husband Tyler since 2014; they have a 9-year-old son named David and 6-year-old daughter named Lyla. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading, cooking, fishing, and camping. Mrs. Andrews is a member of Cross Point church in Perry and is actively involved in the church community.
