Kristi Cannon is a graduate of Northside High School and is beginning her 26th year as a teacher.  She attended Armstrong Atlantic State University on a basketball scholarship where she earned her first degree, a Bachelor's of Education in Health & Physical Education.  After returning to Northside High School for her first teaching position, she went on to obtain a Master's degree in Secondary Science Education from Georgia College & State University.  Following a move to Tift County High School, Mrs. Cannon continued her education at Valdosta State University earning an Educational Specialist degree in Secondary Science Education.  Now, a VHS Warhwark for ten years, she is the Science Department Chair, sponsors Science Olympiad and serves on various school and county committees.
