Hi, I'm Lindsay Lambert, and I’m truly excited to begin my fifth year at Veterans High School. Teaching here has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey in public education, which now spans over nine wonderful years. Throughout my time in education, I’ve had the opportunity to teach a wide range of science courses—from Biology and Botany to Zoology, Scientific Research Methods, and my greatest passion: Chemistry.

While I genuinely enjoy all areas of science, there’s something about Chemistry that lights a spark in me and I work every day to ignite that same curiosity and appreciation in my students. Here at the V, I’m privileged to instruct and guide students in both AP Chemistry and Honors Chemistry, and I also have serve as the lead sponsor for our Science National Honor Society chapter. Another great passion of mine is supporting new teachers as they find their footing and learn thrive in the classroom. As a new teacher mentor and coach I have found yet another aspect of education that is both deeply meaningful and incredibly fulfilling.

Above all, I’m committed to creating a learning environment where students feel inspired, challenged, supported, and equipped as they grow not just in knowledge, but as thoughtful, curious individuals. Science has the power to change how we see the world, and I feel so lucky to help students discover that every day.
