Mr. Roth is entering his 24th year as a teacher and has been at VHS since its opening in 2010. He earned his B.S. Ed from the University of Georgia in 2001 and his M.Ed in Instructional Technology from Troy University in 2006.  In addition to teaching literature, Mr. Roth is also the boys head soccer coach.

Mr. Roth is married to Betsy Roth who serves as the Media Specialist at Mossy Creek Middle School. They have three children, Evan, Parker Kate, and Caroline. The Roths love to travel, watch and play sports, and spend time with friends and family,
