Mayvet Ranson is a native Cuban American speaker. She graduated in Elementary Education at Enrique Jose Varona, in Havana, Cuba. She has been a teacher for 14 years, working in both public and private education, where she has taught Spanish at the elementary to high school levels.
She went back to school to earn her degree in teaching at GSW, and is now working on obtaining her Master's in Interdisciplinary Education with a focus on Spanish language at Georgia State University.
Profe Ranson is Married and has a daughter who graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology, and has a Master's in Social Work. Profe Ranson loves to exercise, mainly lifting weights, loves diverse types of music, and traveling.
