Mr. Stein was born and raised in New Orleans, La, and has remained an avid LSU and New Orleans Saints fan. He moved to Arizona in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans and then moved to Georgia in 2010. Mr. Stein graduated from Northwestern State University in 2004 with his bachelors degree and his first masters degree from Mercer University in 2015. He most recently received his second masters degree from Georgia College State University over the summer.

Mr. Stein and his wife Charlotte have a six year old daughter and they all enjoy traveling and going camping in Tennessee and the north Georgia mountains. They also enjoy going on cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean.
