Emily Wiegert graduated from Berry College in 1997 with a BS in Marketing and Public Relations and from National University in 2009 with an MBA in Marketing. Mrs. Wiegert has been working with graphic design clients since 2000 and brings industry knowledge and branding experience to Veterans. She has 20 years teaching experience.

She is excited to be the advisor of Veterans High School's chapter of SkillsUSA and looks forward to being able to support students with all of the opportunities SkillsUSA provides for leadership and competition. The Graphics Lab is now a functional, student run and teacher supervised graphic design and print shop enterprise: Warhawk Graphics. 

On a personal note, Mrs. Wiegert has been married to Coach Dave Wiegert (Northside Middle School 6th Grade Social Studies Teacher and Northside High School Golf Coach) for 20 years. They have two daughters, Lucy (19) - a sophomore golf team member at Young Harris College - and Abby (17) - a senior at Bleckley County High School and is very involved. Mrs. Wiegert is a proclaimed dog person who compromised and now has four cats - Leia (11), Pickle (4), Eddy (2), and Frank (1).
